The Grass Valley demonstrations at CABSAT2007 reflect the three key issues affecting broadcasters today: high definition, the move to tapeless workflows, and new delivery platforms. HD production will feature the new LDK 8000 camera, Kayak HD 3 M/E production switcher, K2 video server, Aurora HD production system and Edius Broadcast editing. The Infinity digital media camcorder, which records to open media such as Rev Pro disks, will also be integrated to demonstrate end-to-end tapeless workflows, as will the Indigo pro AV switcher and Turbo digital disk recorder for the presentation market.
