Internal Space Only

• US$ 266 (AED 970) per square metre (minimum 24 sqm)
• Bare floor space only for exhibitors who wish to design and build their own stand.
• Power supply will be charged separately.

Shell Scheme

• US$ 320 (AED 1,170) per square metre (minimum 15 sqm)
• This package includes white vinyl walls with aluminium supports, carpeted floor covering, fascia, nameplate, spotlights and 13-Amp power point, 1 table and 2 chairs and 1 waste bin.

All-in-Packages

• US$ 359 (AED 1,310) per square metre (minimum 15 sqm)
• This package includes all as per Shell Scheme, plus 1 coffee table, 2 upholstered sofa chairs, 1 lockable cupboard and 1 counter.

Double Decker Surcharge

Applicable to all double deckers stands.

Based on ground space area:

• Up to 100 sq m AED 10,000 (US$ 2,740)
• 101 - 200 sq m AED 15,000 (US$ 4,110)
• 201 sq m & above AED 20,000 (US$ 5,480)
  (Minimum stand size required for a Double Decker is 60 sqm. No exceptions)

Optional Services for Exhibitors
The following are available at an additional cost: Electrics, furniture, telephone/fax/data connections, audio visual systems, design and construction services, display aids, temporary promotional staff, on site handling and freight forwarding, catering, florist and stand cleaning.
