Spectrum management is more complex than it has ever been due to the multi-orbit environment and the sheer volume of objects in space. There remain a number of unanswered concerns such as whether we might experience interference between orbits, whether LEO is equipped to manage spectrum once so many launches have happened, and how well de-orbiting guidelines will be followed to ensure space is not made even more crowded with end-of-life debris.
